Coaching Packages

ArtistAccelerator™: Monthly VIP Coaching

Scale your art career and accelerate your results. I work with you one-on-one for 6 months to get you from zero-to-successful platform. By the end of our time together you will have all the tools in place you need to succeed. This program also includes all the benefits of the ArtpreneurLab™ platform.

So, what do you get?

After an initial 2 hour VIP session (either in person or on Skype or Zoom) we work on the high level action plan to scale your art career.

  • Twelve (12) 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (maximum 2 per month), either in person if you are in Los Angeles, or over Zoom – booked on demand by you.
  • Full access to me and my team.
  • Personalized review of your online platforms: website and social media.
  • Personalized review of your marketing materials: statements, postcards, stationery, etc.
  • ​​Six (6) months of email and Voxer access – I’ll have my mind and hands in everything we do together.
  • Private Facebook Group – A mini mastermind group with other artists.

An art career, or any business for that matter must have marketing materials to promote their endeavors, and is THE most important aspect of building your brand. It is a big part of what we will work on together, and what we generally see is that a lot of artists seem to be lacking in this aspect of building their career and brand.

We will review and work on the following:

  • We will review all your online platforms and print marketing materials.
  • If we feel it’s necessary to rebuild your website, then we will help you redesign and rebuild your website. Yes, my team will help you create a new website.
  • If you don’t have your social media platforms setup properly or don’t have many followers on your social media channels, we will work on getting more followers to Facebook and Instagram.
  • We will review your artist statement and revise it if necessary, or create one from scratch if you don’t have one. I will have a professional writer develop one for you.
  • We will review your CV/bio and revise if necessary, or create one from scratch.
  • If you don’t have templates setup for your marketing materials such as print postcards, e-vites, and a newsletter, we will help you set these up.
  • We will help you setup your email marketing platform using a tool like Mailchimp to build your email list the right way.
  • We will help you build an email list, an audience, a following from scratch. Even if you have less than 100 people on your email list.

I will work with you to transform your brand and get you the results you’re seeking.

This is a completely customized approach. 
At the start of our partnership, we will meet and discuss your needs and what you want to accomplish over the next six (6) months and beyond. Based on this meeting, I will create a full strategic plan for you — including execution steps and a timeline for us to follow.

So, what do you get?

ArtpreneurLab™ is comprised of 3 components: Private, one-on-one coaching calls with myself, a weekly Live Video Hangout, and a Private Facebook Group, in addition to other juicy perks.

Coaching Calls
Nothing takes the place of direct, one-on-one coaching calls. We get more done in 30 minutes than most people get done in months of self-directed learning. These are instrumental in accelerating your art brand and platform as quickly as possible.

ArtpreneurLab™ comes with 1 private 30 minute coaching call per month, booked at your discretion. (Note: the coaching calls do not carry over month-to-month. You must use them each month or they expire). I do this because I want to make sure we hold you accountable, and make sure you are progessing. It is important to me that you are moving forward and making strides in your career.

Weekly Hangouts
Every week at a set time, we meet up as a group using Zoom. It’s a great time! We get to catch up on the progress everyone has made that week. Everyone weighs in and gives their own tips, tricks or resources that may be beneficial to everyone in the group.

One person on the Zoom call gets a “hot seat” with me, and gets that week’s questions answered every week. It’s like having a weekly coaching call with a group of accountability partners there to help you along the way. Basically the “hot seat” is a focus on one person in the group and we focus on answering their pressing question or challenge they have currently.

Also, once a month, I will have either a curator, a gallerist, publisher or art crtitic on the session as an added ebenfit to answer your questions.

Private Facebook Group
This is your 24/7 resource to get quick questions answered, ask opinions of others, find out what’s happening, and find useful resources. (Like printing, framing, shipping, etc.) This is where you can chip in, answer other’s questions, get resources you need, and provide resources you may have to share.

ArtpreneurLab™ is a mastermind community of like-minded individuals that are trying, just like you, to make their mark in the art world.

60 Minute Coaching Session

Are you feeling stuck? My 60 minute coaching session is an important time reserved just for you to handle a specific problem. Nothing is more exciting than having a coach focused just on you and moving you forward towards your goals and desires.

60 Minute Portfolio Review

Professional feedback is key for any artist, whether a photographer, a painter or other type of visual artist. A Portfolio Review provides an opportunity for you to improve your craft and help you grow as as an artist.

After reviewing your work, and depending on where you are with your work or career, I will provide some guidance on who you could potentially connect with professionally, be it a curator, publisher or gallery. 

Why Get a Portfolio Review?

As an artist it is important to get feedback on your work, and see if you are on the right track with what you are developing. It is also an opportunity to meet experts, such as a curator, a gallerist, or a publisher, who may be interested in supporting your career through an exhibition or a book deal.

Actually a portfolio review — whether with me one-on-one, or with other review programs — is one of the best and fastest ways to get your art in front of industry experts, from curators, to publishers, to gallerists and art critics. 

How Does This Work?

If you are local to Los Angeles, we will do the portfolio review at my gallery or any other suitable location.

What if I don’t live in the Los Angeles area? Video communication technology is amazing these days. If you do not live in Los Angeles, we can do the review online using Zoom, a video platform that allows for me to view your work as if I was there in person, via a camera. It works great. You just need either a smartphone or a tablet device that can be connected to a WiFi connection.


About Me

For the past 30 years I have made a living as a musician, studio engineer, graphic designer, event and festival producer, design and marketing agency owner, and publisher. I currently publish an art magazine, run an art gallery, organize art fairs, and also run a social media and digital marketing agency for creatives.

In addition to all this I do a lot of coaching with what I call ‘artpreneurs’ — artists as entrepreneurs. Artists and creative entrepreneurs who are trying to build and grow their art brand and platform.

This coaching can either be through my VIP program, ArtistAccelerator™, or through my mastermind group, ArtpreneurLab™, or by booking a private 60 minute one-on-one session, if you need help with a specific problem.

The 21st Century Artpreneur’s life can be quite challenging, so I am on a mission to help you accomplish your goal of building your art brand, visibility and platform.
